STORY BEHIND THE SHOT The twisted beech trees, with their dynamic profiles, seem to dance in the high mountain silences, demonstrating that the imagination of nature has no limits and is capable of giving unexpected emotions.
Beech trees have remarkable adaptability and assume different shapes, modeled by variable environmental and climatic conditions: sliding of the ground called “creeping” and changing climatic situations induced by storms, wind and snow, as well as by frosts and high temperatures.
In a late autumn, an unexpected snowfall added a fairytale atmosphere to the beech forest.
