STORY BEHIND THE SHOT
For days I had been looking for various particular foregrounds in order to photograph the comet Neowise. I found this tree in the Tuscan countryside which lent itself well to my case for its position and size. But while I was busy scouting, shortly after sunset and before the comet became visible in the sky, I had the time to capture this magical moment.
