STORY BEHIND THE SHOT Intriguing drawings appear during the low tide on the beaches of Hebrides Islands. The dark drawings on the sand are formed by residues of igneous rock eroded by the costal storms. The drawings can be magnificent and they last just few hours until the high tide erase them. After big storms the water exceptionally becomes red due to the high presence of peat.
