STORY BEHIND THE SHOT
I have been searching for Northern Lights for years. After a few trips without seeing any, I decided to check the Icelandic weather website every single day. Finally, I caught a day where clear sky and an active northern light were forecast. In a few hours I took the plane and the same night I was already taking pictures. I was rewarded with this spectacular Northern Light force 9! The green psychedelic light was dancing around me for hours. As foreground I chose a group of trees that, touched by that magic light, looked like an enchanted forest.
