The collapse of icebergs in the fjord of Ilulissat in Greenland, the red dunes of the Namib desert in the moonlight shadow, the extraordinary encounter between the cold waters of the Pacific Ocean and the incandescent lava of the Kilauea volcano in Hawaii, the misty Setsuri river in Japan, a 4,000-year-old tree under a starry sky: these are just some of the stages of the journey that will take the audience around the world through 100 landscape photographs taken by Roman photographer Barbara Dall’Angelo. The result of 10 years of travels to nearby and distant lands.
The story of this imaginary journey will cover alsohow a photographic journey is prepared, the equipment to bring, the explanations of photographic techniques for the most complex situations.
Il collasso degli iceberg nel fiordo di Ilulissat in Groenlandia, le dune rosse del Namib al chiaro di luna, l’incontro straordinario tra le acque fredde del Pacifico e la lava incandescente del vulcano Kilauea alle Hawaii, il fiume Setsuri avvolto dalle nebbie in Giappone, un albero di 4.000 anni sotto un cielo stellato: queste sono solo alcune delle tappe del viaggio che vi porterà in giro per il mondo attraverso 100 fotografie di paesaggio scattate dalla fotografa romana Barbara Dall’Angelo frutto di 10 anni di viaggi in terre vicine e lontane.
Il racconto di questo viaggio immaginario spazierà da come si prepara un viaggio fotografico, all’attrezzatura da portare, fino a spiegazioni di tecniche fotografiche per le situazioni più complesse.
